The magic of lemons



Lemon...

Im back - full of strength


As the title says I'm back, and I'm STRONGER! (what doesn't kill us - makes us stronger, right?)
I wasn't able to post for a few weeks...  and  my internet is really slow right now and it's aaaaa killing me!
But if there's someone who's reading my posts (and I can see there are a few people) I hope you had a really good time on Chrimstas! (you can leave a message by telling :)  Me ... I recieved a few presents even if I wasn't really celebrating ... just with my  family ... Christmas it's about family, isn't it ?  But I do looove all the lights in the town and all the christmas trees and all shops are full of colour and sparkles ... it's ... magical..

Anyway I'm blabling too much ... just wanted to say I'm back .. after a really tough period.
I have my cheeks back on so I must have gained weight  .. but I won't take the risk of weighting in. I'll wait the 5th of January or so, meanwhile I'll TRY to be careful with the food. but you know it's pretty hard this time of the year.
Lately I wasn't even training. Lazy me...  I'll get back ... just my leg still hurts.. now even more :|

Yogurt and fruits are definetely my weaknesses ... but a mix of them ... mmm ..

24 days to go


24 days to go ... O.M.G.

I remember  this time last year I was planning how the 2011 will be different and awesome. I was..umm wrong. (
okay, in the end I lost 10 kg but I haven't reached my goal weight and it's such a looong way.
These last days I'll work harder as I promised myself I will have a normal BMI by the end of the month...
And I'm really working hard !

Workout Music


Music is a very personal thing ... and when it comes to workouts, music is also very important... It's what motivates you to buuurn. And in the end music makes workouts more pleasurable. You just have to chose the right song for a better workout :)

OMG! It's already 25 november!!!
Christmas is c-c-comin' :| I don't know why ... but I don't feel it yet...

Yesterday I posted some exercises I was gonna make today, but guess what ... it was such a beautiful and sunny day I felt like walking... so I walked  a whole 120 minutes and 10.98 km !!! yayyy
and then 15 minutes of jump rope.
so 135 minutes and a total of 630 burned calories.

Here's a photo from my walk... In reality looks wayyyy better....  I loooove this place even if I have to walk more than 2 km to get there...

Here are some things... I need to stop doing.or start doing...

   I won't skip meals anymore, because when I do, i end up so hungry that I can't help but overeat. And everyone knows what happens next – more fat adds riiiiiight on your waist.
3 meals a day and 2 snacks won't do this (in proper portions and healthy).

    I suppose I should start with a few details about me.. so, I'm 24 years old and in a constant battle for the last 4 years. How I get here it's a loong long story I may post it someday.. 
    I started to change my lifestyle in august 2011. The plan was to diet a few months and loose some weight. But now I want more than that. I want a healthier lifestyle, a healthier me, so I had this brilliant ideea of creating this blog – a place of mine where I can share my ups and downs, celebrate the losses, cry my gains, a blog about everythig: food, workouts, meal plans, recipes, calories, daily intakes,tips, whinning, future plans, thoughts and anything else I can think of. Im taking photos of what I eat, counting calories, counting burned calories, writing everything down so I can keep track of everything.
