A new month, a new beginning.. so it's time for november totals and set december goals.
My november goals were :
a normal BMI ✘
-5-6kg ✘
to cross 1000 workout minutes (including walks ) ✔ (1315)
to burn 5000 calories ✔ (5293)
200 km ✘ 100 km
add jump rope to workouts ✔
include bike...✘
It could be better.. but it's always better than nothing at all...
December goals:
a normal BMI
-5-6 kg
1200 workout minutes
burn 5500 calories
120 km
more jump ropes
include bike
no more than 1200-1300 cals/day
8 glasses of water daily
think before eat ( and for God's sake , let those cookie at their place!)
more workouts,exercises, pilates & stuff
reduce bread
stay motivated
