Past 2 years I've been trying different Workout DVD's.. And finally I can say I found my favorite ones!!!
My favorite DVD is Before & After workout with Charile Brooks. I just L O V E it!
This workout has 5 different sections. It begins with a warm up which get you definetely warmed up!! :)) Followed by disco, Combat, high intensity and Pilates Cool-Down. The variety of the moves won't let you get bored and they are all fun so the time will fly by.
