The magic of lemons



Lemon... 

 a fruit with a wonderful fragrance, great in food and beverages, but also very healthy. Lemons are high in vitamin C, have an anti-bacterial effect and are thought to possess antioxidant and anti-carcinogenic properties.

Water with lemon helps speed up weight loss. Drinking water with lemon for weight loss is also an effective way to help eliminate toxins, clean internal waste, promote energy boosts and also helps the body regulate the absorption of sugar.
Drinking warm water with lemon for weight loss in the morning helps
a sluggish digestive system, so it's a great way to start the day after sleeping all night. Boil water in a pan or microwave. Wash the outside of the lemon and add a slice to the water. Sip like tea.
Lemons are rich in citric acid, so when you take a glass of lemon juice in plain warm water first thing in the morning, you introduce healthy natural digestive aid into your stomach. The citric acid, from lemons, end up interacting with the other acids and enzymes in your digestive tract which results in a healthy and problem free digestion.

Also today I found an article about lemons and the cancer. It said that lemon (Citrus) is a miraculous product to kill cancer cells. It is 10,000 times stronger than chemotherapy! You can eat the fruit in different ways: you can eat the pulp, juice press, prepare drinks, sorbets, pastries, etc... It is credited with many virtues, but the most interesting is the effect it produces on cysts and tumors. This type of therapy with lemon extract only destroys malignant cancer cells and it does not affect healthy cells.
 It's U n b e l i e v a b l e! I find this really useful. I've been using a lot of lemon past few months (I guess) ... I literally use it in everything.. especially salads, now I will double my portion of daily lemon.
