Workout: Nicole Scherzinger's

Attack belly bulge and arm jiggle at the same time with five moves  that Nicole Scherzinger swears by.


The exercises aren't complicated at all... the first actually is one of my favorites and works great on core.
the 4 and 5 I don't know since I don't have the resistance tube. Anyway I'm sure these aren't even a half from Nicole's workout routine... she works really hard for her body.
