Day 5 (95 to go)



 My breakfast above and lunch below... ( lunch that was taken at 16 ...)
I really need some discipline... such a chaos...



After the workout I was feeling so good... I wasn't hungry... but I decided i'll have a high-calorie snack...
calories aside... it's a healthy snack!! :)
Water 8-9 glasses.
Workout: 67 minutes and burned  579 calories.
