As I said in the last few posts i'm really tired and working a lot these days so no photos and my 'menu' is really poor... I just need some time but I don't want to stop this challenge ... and of course I still want to reach my goal weight. And I'm sure this isn't going to stop me...
You just wait and you'll see ;)
and since I'm still waking up at 5... no wiw either... I'm curious about my weight.. maybe tomorrow or saturday for sure... can't wait... I wish I would have the same weight as before Christmas ^^ who knows =)
Unfortunately not enough water either x( annnd.... no workouts...
my life is changin' right now... and I couldn't be happier about it!

Workout: Legs

Day 7 (93 to go)
Breakfast: tea + 3 oat cookies
Lunch: 1 yogurt+1 banana+2 clementine
Snack: crackers (1serv)
Dinner: soup
less water and no workout today ... but I was really busy all day so I'm sure I burned a few calories !
I wanted to weright in today but now it's too late.. I usually do it in the morning. so maybe tomorrow... I'm curious =)
I feel tired and weak and pissed off...

Day 6 (94 to go)
As I said... 100 posts.. no excuses... so I'm E X H A U S T E D .. I went today at 7 in the morning and I just came home and it's almost 22 o'clock ... I haven't been this tired in ... like 6 months I guess... and tomorrow I have to wake up at 5 o'clock ... so I must say I'm really doing a huge effort writing this post...
Briefly...
Breakfast: 3 oat cookies + tea
Snack: 1 apple
Lunch: 200gr salmon (in oven) + salad
Dinner: 1 apple + 3 clementine and a green tea (since I just came home... I don't want to eat this late... but i'm not even hungry)
Water - 8-9 glasses
and being busy wasn't an excuse not to workout... I burned 640 calories in 80 minutes...
I must say today I was very strong... at my course 1 girl got married .. so she decided to bring some damn well looking cookies ... and lots of Cola .. and was b'day of another girl, so she brought a cake and the third one was in a journey in Moscow so she brought some chocolates .... so ... there were COOKIES .. CHOCOLATES ... SUGARS ... CALORIES EVERYWHERE .. But I was strong ^_^ so I guess I can do it !!
Tomorrow is my weight in... can't wait ... to see if the scale is my friend or enemy

Workout: Nicole Scherzinger's
Attack belly bulge and arm jiggle at the same time with five moves that Nicole Scherzinger swears by.
The exercises aren't complicated at all... the first actually is one of my favorites and works great on core.
the 4 and 5 I don't know since I don't have the resistance tube. Anyway I'm sure these aren't even a half from Nicole's workout routine... she works really hard for her body.

Today was Workout day .. I unintentionally skipped lunch :| again .. because I was working out...
Breakfast: wheat biscuits and a cup of tea
Snack: a sandwich ( white bread +ham) [ when will I stop eating bread]
Dinner: grilled chicken (no ketchup or other stuff)
Snack: 3-4 nuts
Water: 1.5-2L
Workouts: minutes: 70 + (120 piano) calories: 500 +(350 piano)
Treadmill: 40 minutes (9.1% inline) distance: 3.44km & -350 burned calories
Row machine [high intensity] (1032meters) 10 minutes, -50cals
Jump rope 10 minutes -100 cals
and some waist & arms exercises. (10 minutes)
+ I played piano for almost 2 hours... myfitnesspal says I burned 330 cal .. but I'm not sure... it took me a whole 40 minutes to burn 350 calories on treadmill ... but you can't compare the intensity of a treadmill with that of playing piano... so I'm stil not sure about it.. but i'll be glad if that would be true )))
and between the workouts and other stuff I skipped my lunch ... and I'm kind of angry at myself .. because the idea of this challenge is to be more healthy ...

Day 3 (97 to go)
Another day is gone and I couldn't be more happy about it!)
I was out all the day .. first some shopping and then a visit to some friends and I'm so tired I could go to sleep just now . I recieved compliments today ... you know that awesome feeling when someone tells you 'woow you look so good, you really lost weight!' and I'm all blushed like 'uh, I just gained 4 kg .. X'mas time...*rolleyes* '
oook, as I wrote yesterday, today we celebrated X'mas .. and I've done my best! at least I've tried... :x
Breakfast: tea + rusks (are they called rusks?) + 2 eggs + 1 clementine
Lunch: traditional soup (with rice, potatoes and some meat)
Snack: sandwich (white bread and ham)
Dinner: chicken breast and salad
Water .. enough! and no workout today. I needed a day off.
I started to look for running shoes (hoping my leg will be well soon!)
I've seen these zigtech :
but I don't know... I'm not sure it's my thing... + they are so heavy!!!
And I'm still curious about peanut butter)) maybe for most of you it's a weird thing ... but I really don't know how does it tastes)) I'll start to look out for peanut butter,too! :)
one more weekend day to survive.... the weekends are so difficult for me.. since all my family is home and they tend to eat all kind of yummy stuff...)

Day 2 (98 to go)
yayy the second day is almost over... and i'm really tired and my leg hurts more than before and I don't know if I should continue with workouts or should I stop .. but thinking about quitting for a while... it makes me sad ...
Snack: 2 rice cakes
Dinner: salmon + salad; 1 apple
Water - 9 glasses
and only 375 burned calories today in 56 minutes.
p.s. Rice cakes, huh ? I was searching for those on internet, i didn't know how they're called in english ... and now that I know I still don't get it... why on earth they'r called C A K E S ? :|
Anyway I'm a little preocupied about tomorrow, since we kinda celebrate Christmas ... and that's it ... =)) I hope to be strong enough.

Day 1 (99 to go)
Ready, Set, Go! )))
okhay I weighted in today just to know where i'm standing in the first day of this challenge..
the result ? 68.3 ... well I did gain weight from the hollidays, but then WHO DIDN'T ??
The day passed without too many temptations ! Yayyy I wish everyday will be that easy! :))
I drank 2L of water aaand I burned about 600 calories in 84 minutes of workout.
What did I eat ?
here's my breakfast and it tasted better than it looks in here ! =)
Oat flakes + almonds + peanuts + raisins + blueberries
and since my 'breakfast' was at almost eleven o'clock and after that I planned my workouts, and I finished at 16 o'clock (and after workout I don't eat for at least 1 hour..) so I started to prepare my dinner.
I basically remained without lunch ... I know that doesn't sound quite right ..
I snacked an orange and some corn crackers ...
and my healthy dinner was salmon (in oven) with salad :

100 days - 100 posts
I was watching ‘I used to be fat’ on MTV (the episode with Jordan and yummy Joey) when this idea came to me. That guy actually did a good job loosing 30 kg in 110 days!!! I was amazed. I felt inspired and i started to think about how many hundreds of days I have lost and if I would have stick to the eating healthy and train a lot plan I would have had my perfect weight long ago!!!!
So now I’m starting this project or challenge… I will be my own Joey, and you can help me if you want to) and I’ll see what’s happening … curious myself.
100 days… 100 posts.. daily intake, water and EVERYTHING - Weekly Weight In’s, meal photos, my photos, monthly & weekly goals & rewards & co.
No Excuses!

Of course the thing it’s not only about 100 days it’s about making the corect decisions and it’s about a life style change i’m talking about after these 100 days I will continue with maintenance & stuff.
It’s not that 100 days i’m trying to eat healthy and the 101 day I’m pigging on cookies.
Expectations & goals:
*I want to come closer to my perfect weight. I’m not saying I want to lose 60 lbs in 3 months or something , I’m saying come closer )) feel lighter. so by the end of april I will be less ashamed to go to the beach.
*I want to start cooking REAL FOOD not just snacks & easy stuff.
*I want to learn a lot of healthy recipes.
*I want to bring myself on drinking that 8-10 glasses of water with pleasure like I used to … (I used to drink 3L a day with ease).. and now I’m just forcing myself into doing it.
There is probably going to be a lot of grumpiness on this blog for the next months)
And since I’ve gained weight after xmas period…
So wish me luck and If there’s someone out there who would want to join me , please – you’re welcome! )
